Sims Family Tree & Branches

I have been working on geneology, on and off, for about 20 years.  I love it.  If you can find stories to go with the names and dates, it's so much better.  I am from Birch Run, MI.  My Sims family has been here since the mid-1800s.  Some moved north from here up near the Tawas area, where Sims Township was named after them.  There is also a Sims Cemetery there.  My great grandfather had 5 boys, but only one of the was blessed with children, and only one boy.    My brother is the only son, of an only son, of an only son, so the Sims name here is not so common.  My brother was blessed with 4 boys though, so we're working on it!!    I look forward to hearing about other Sims families out there and possibly (even better) finding some connections.
